The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, experience in finishing and fit\-out works, and the ability to manage workers, materials, and daily site activities efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise carpentry team and daily site activities * Read and understand drawings and project requirements * Ensure quality of carpentry works (shuttering, finishing, fit\-out) * Coordinate with the site engineer/project manager for daily tasks * Maintain tools, materials, and site safety compliance * Report daily progress and manage site productivity * Ensure proper installation as per standards and specifications **Requirements** * Minimum **2 years as Foreman** * Must be Ready to change Sponsorship * Strong knowledge of carpentry, finishing, and fit\-out works * Ability to read drawings and coordinate with engineers * Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure * Qatar experience preferred **Benefits** * Accommodation, Food and Transportation * Overtime as per company policy Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months
