Coordinate with project teams to ensure drawing accuracy. **Draftsman – Job Responsibilities** * Prepare **shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as\-built drawings** based on approved designs and site requirements. * Develop **architectural, interior fit\-out, joinery, and MEP coordination drawings** as required for projects. * Revise drawings as per **client, consultant, and project manager comments**. * Ensure all drawings comply with **project specifications, local regulations, and authority requirements**. * Coordinate with **project engineers, site team, subcontractors, and suppliers** to ensure drawing accuracy. * Prepare **material take\-offs** and basic quantity details from drawings when required. * Maintain proper **drawing registers, document control, and revision records**. * Support the site team by providing **clarifications, updated drawings, and technical details**. * Attend coordination meetings when required and update drawings accordingly. * Ensure timely submission of drawings to meet **project schedules and deadlines**. **Software \& Skills (optional but recommended to add)** * Proficient in **AutoCAD** (Revit / SketchUp / 3D software – if applicable). * Good understanding of **construction and fit\-out practices**. * Ability to read and interpret **architectural and MEP drawings**. * Attention to detail and ability to work under **tight deadlines**. **Note : Transferable Visa .
