Coordinate with customers, site, and production teams for project delivery **Job Title:** Technical Project Manager – Carpentry \& Fit\-Out **Location:** Qatar **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Technical Manager** to lead the technical coordination of carpentry and fit\-out projects from drawing review and submittals through to production and site execution. The ideal candidate will ensure technical drawings, specifications, material requirements, and approvals are completed accurately and on time in line with customer requirements and project schedules. This role requires close coordination with customers, site teams, production teams, suppliers, and the Projects department to resolve technical issues and support smooth project delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Review, manage, and coordinate technical drawings, shop drawings, and submittals * Check material allowance details and obtain clearance for variations * Review project specifications and resolve discrepancies between specifications and estimated details * Identify project material requirements and ensure requisitions are issued in advance * Maintain and develop a library of standard construction details * Monitor the drawing approval process to support timely project delivery * Guide the issuance of factory and shop floor drawings for production * Coordinate with site teams for site surveys, setting\-out, and technical solutions where needed * Attend customer meetings, handle technical inquiries, and clarify client requirements * Review production job order documents and support accurate execution * Coordinate with site personnel regarding site dimensions and technical requirements * Consult with professionals and contractors on design requirements and technical matters * Resolve issues arising during construction in coordination with the Projects department * Review materials, equipment, and subcontractor or supplier quotations when required * Clarify items not fully specified in the contract and propose practical solutions * Ensure contracted work is executed according to specifications and project requirements * Report operational and performance issues to the Operations Manager * Visit customer sites when required and provide proactive technical support * Maintain and improve technical procedures in line with management system standards **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four\-year degree, preferably in **Engineering** * Minimum **10 years of experience** in a related field * Manager\-level experience in **carpentry and construction** * Strong understanding of technical drawings, submittals, specifications, and project coordination * Strong attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure with initiative, flexibility, and strong problem\-solving ability **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **carpentry, joinery, interior fit\-out, or similar project environments** * Experience coordinating with **factory or shop floor production teams** * Familiarity with **site surveys, setting\-out, and fast\-track project coordination** * Experience reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations * Experience maintaining technical standards, procedures, and standard detail libraries Pay: QAR15,000\.00 \- QAR20,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
