Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards **Key Responsibilites** * Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, etc. * Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment. * Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns. * Conduct regular inspections and report potential problems. * Maintain maintenance records and service logs. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Coordinate with external service providers when necessary. **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the maintenance of kitchen equipment or a related technical field. * Ability and knowledge to troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen appliances. * Basic understanding of safety standards and regulations. * Good problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
