




Summary: Supervise building construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Highlights: 1. Participate in project planning, cost control, and risk assessment **Job Purpose** To plan, coordinate, and supervise building construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise day\-to\-day construction activities at site. * Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Monitor project progress, schedules, and resource allocation. * Ensure compliance with project quality standards and QHSE requirements. * Prepare method statements, material submittals, RFIs, and technical reports. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly. * Monitor manpower productivity and site performance. * Participate in project planning, cost control, and risk assessment. * Attend project meetings and provide technical updates to management. * Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and contract requirements. * Support procurement and material planning activities. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Professional certifications or PMP (preferred). * Valid driving license in Qatar (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 10\+ years of experience in building construction projects. * Strong experience in high\-rise, residential, commercial, or renovation projects. * GCC / Qatar project experience is highly preferred.
