Market analysis and growth opportunity identification **Location:** Doha – Qatar **Employment Type:** Full-time **Level:** Leadership Management **Responsibilities & Duties:** * Direct supervision of **sales managers** across all departments and ensuring each department achieves its targets * Formulation of company-wide sales strategies and follow-up on implementation * Analysis of departmental performance and submission of accurate reports to senior management * Development of annual and quarterly sales plans and definition of KPIs * Leading sales managers' meetings and monitoring their operational plans * Evaluating sales managers' performance, developing their capabilities, and providing necessary guidance * Coordinating with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure workflow integration * Studying the market and competitors and identifying new growth opportunities * Managing sales budgets and allocating targets across departments * Ensuring compliance with company policies and enhancing customer experience across all departments **Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years** of sales experience, including at least **3 years in a leadership management role** * Experience managing sales managers—not only field teams * Strong leadership skills and ability to make strategic decisions * Proficiency in English * Excellent analytical skills and report preparation capability * Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and achieve high targets * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems Job Type: Full-time
