Inspects staff appearance and uniforms, and corrects any deficiencies immediately. Ensures required resources and tools are available, and completes opening/closing tasks including equipment and area cleaning, door locking, etc. Inspects storage areas for organization and cleanliness. Conducts inventory checks and submits requests for necessary items. Monitors the restaurant for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being. Prepares work orders for service inspection and repair. Supports management in staff recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching, ensuring fair treatment. Serves as a role model for the Open Door Policy and acts as the first point of communication. Complies with all company safety and security policies and procedures; reports incidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; completes safety training and certifications. Maintains a neat, professional uniform and personal appearance; safeguards confidential information; protects company assets.
