Supervise kitchen coordination and front-of-house dining activities We are looking for Site Supervisor to manage and oversee the catering services at the designated Site/Project and shall be the primary point of contact for the clients and other representatives. ***Minimum Requirements:*** Minimum two to three years of experience as Supervisor in a catering company or hospitality setting, with specific knowledge of high\-volume line service and table service management. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer. ***Main Responsibilities:*** Prepare, follow up, and validate the weekly duty roster and daily time sheets for the floor staff. Supervise and actively participate in both kitchen coordination and front\-of\-house dining area activities to ensure seamless operations. Train service staff and handlers in line preparation, order assembly, guest service etiquette, and strict sanitation and safety procedures. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of guest meals from the pass to the tables. Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and servers engaged in guest service. Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service quality for all clients.
