





We are looking for a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrative \& Operations Officer to support daily administrative tasks, manage data on internal systems, and provide customer support when needed. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling operational workflows, working with digital platforms, and communicating effectively with users in both Arabic and English. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Administrative Support * Manage email correspondence and follow up on requests. * Prepare and maintain simple reports as required. 2\. Web Application / System Operations * Manage and update data through an internal system and dashboard. * Review, verify, and approve submitted information based on internal guidelines. * Report any system issues and coordinate with the technical team to resolve them. * Ensure the accuracy and smooth flow of operational processes. 3\. Customer \& User Support * Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, or internal channels. * Provide guidance to users on how to navigate the internal system. * Follow up on cases, ensure issues are resolved, and maintain positive communication. 4\. Quality Control * Review submitted content or data before approval. * Ensure all information meets internal quality standards. * Monitor activity within the system and report irregularities. 5\. Reporting \& Coordination * Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. * Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements. * Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow. **Requirements** Experience \& Skills * 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operational roles. * Strong experience working with CMS, digital systems, dashboards, or any data\-entry platforms. * Excellent communication skills in Arabic (mandatory) and English. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Preferred (Not Required) * Experience in customer support or handling user inquiries. * Familiarity with CRM or any administrative management tools. * Ability to prepare clear and structured reports.
