As the face of our restaurant, you will ensure our guests have an excellent dining experience by providing fast, friendly, and accurate service. **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer Service:** Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately. * **Menu Knowledge:** Explain our Tapsilog variations and daily specials to customers. * **Order Management:** Input orders into the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service. * **Table Maintenance:** Serve food and drinks, clear tables promptly, and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized. * **Payment Handling:** Process bills and handle cash or card transactions accurately. * **Side Duties:** Assist with basic prep work or cleaning tasks as needed to maintain high hygiene standards.
