Supporting the Executive Pastry Chef, you will play a key role in delivering world\-class pastries, desserts, and baked creations that reflect the creativity and sophistication of a truly exceptional dining program. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** * Assist in the preparation and presentation of high\-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods across the property * Support menu development and the creation of seasonal offerings alongside the Executive Pastry Chef * Maintain consistency, quality, and meticulous attention to detail across all pastry output * Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times * Assist with stock monitoring and inventory control within the pastry kitchen * Support and mentor junior team members as required **WHAT YOU BRING** * Formal culinary training from a French school of Culinary Arts is strongly preferred * Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment * Strong command of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert presentation * A creative, detail\-oriented approach with genuine passion for the pastry arts * Ability to perform at a high standard in a fast\-paced kitchen environment * A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic **WHAT'S OFFERED** * Total tax\-free package of approximately USD $58,691 per year, including basic salary, housing, and transportation allowances * Annual leave and public holiday entitlements * Private medical insurance * End of service benefits * Complimentary meals, hotel, and dining rates for self, family, and friends * Learning, development, and career progression opportunities
