Coordinate with service providers and maintain camp standards **Job Title:** Camp Administrator **Location:** Qatar **Job Type:** Full‑Time Job Summary We are looking for a **Camp Administrator** to manage the day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities of a project camp. The ideal candidate should have **2–3 years of experience**, preferably in a **construction camp environment**, and be capable of ensuring smooth camp operations, staff welfare, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily camp operations including accommodation, housekeeping, and maintenance * Maintain records related to camp occupancy, attendance, and assets * Coordinate with catering, cleaning, and security service providers * Handle camp inventory, consumables, and basic procurement follow‑up * Ensure hygiene, safety, and discipline standards are maintained at the camp * Act as a point of contact between camp residents, site management, and HR/Admin * Handle basic staff grievances related to camp facilities * Prepare daily/weekly reports on camp activities and issues * Support mobilization and demobilization of employees at the camp Requirements * **2–3 years of experience** as a Camp Administrator or similar role * **Construction industry experience is highly preferred** * Strong administrative and coordination skills * Basic knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) * Ability to work independently at site camps * Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing large workmen camps * Knowledge of local labor and accommodation standards * Immediate availability will be an advantage Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
