We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our client's team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building maintenance, facility operations, and site supervision, with a hands\-on approach to facility management activities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and manage building and facility maintenance operations * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure maintenance standards are met * Supervise contractors and maintenance teams on\-site * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations * Prepare reports on maintenance work and site conditions * Support facility management operations and day\-to\-day engineering tasks * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to civil works **Skills and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 7 years of experience in building or facility maintenance * Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and site supervision * Hands\-on experience in facility management (preferred) * Good problem\-solving and decision\-making skills * Strong communication and coordination abilities **Requirements:** * Must have a valid QID (Qatar ID) * Currently based in Qatar * Ability to work in a fast\-paced maintenance environment
