Supportive and collaborative team culture **Job Title: Service Coordinator** **Company:** Sunych Integrated Service LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Summary** Sunych Integrated Service LLC is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Service Coordinator** to manage and streamline service operations. The role involves coordinating service requests, scheduling field teams, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of communication between clients, technicians, and internal departments to maintain high service standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage incoming service requests and job assignments. * Schedule technicians and service teams based on availability and priority. * Act as a point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries and updates. * Track service progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Maintain accurate records of service activities, reports, and client communications. * Prepare service reports, work orders, and documentation. * Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for required materials and equipment. * Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards and SLAs. * Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary. * Support continuous improvement of service processes and workflows. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, operations, or administrative support. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). **Preferred Skills** * Experience in facility management, maintenance, or technical service industries. * Familiarity with service management or ticketing systems. * Strong coordination and scheduling skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a dynamic service\-oriented environment * Career growth and development opportunities * Supportive and collaborative team culture * Exposure to diverse service operations and client requirements Pay: Up to QAR630,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
