Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications **Job Title:** IT Support Specialist **Location:** Al Rayyan, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Annual Salary:** QAR 204,000 About the Role We are looking for a skilled and customer\-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to employees and business users. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues while ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and system availability. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\-line and second\-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network\-related issues. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications. * Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. * Monitor IT systems and escalate complex issues when required. * Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and asset inventories. * Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and IT projects. * Support email systems, collaboration tools, and remote access solutions. * Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures. * Deliver excellent customer service and technical guidance to end users. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. * Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi\-Fi troubleshooting. * Experience with Active Directory, user management, and ticketing systems. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Excellent problem\-solving and organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications * Industry certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft, or equivalent. * Experience supporting cloud\-based services and collaboration platforms. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
