This role focuses on sourcing, coordinating, and securing qualified overseas candidates through recruitment agents and direct channels. **Key Responsibilities** * **Overseas Talent Acquisition:** Identify, source, and attract suitable overseas candidates to meet the company’s manpower requirements. * **Agent Coordination:** Find, evaluate, and collaborate with overseas recruitment agencies to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes. * **Requirement Alignment:** Work closely with our internal team to understand recruitment needs and ensure all candidates meet required standards. * **Process Management:** Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including communication, documentation follow‑up, and progress tracking. **Compensation Structure** * **Contract\-Based Position:** This role begins as a contract assignment. * **Commission\-Based Payment:** You will receive **QR 100 for each successful recruitment**. * **Performance Pathway:** Consistently meeting the **monthly recruitment targets** will lead to consideration for a **full‑time permanent position** within the company. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Experience in overseas recruitment or working with international recruitment agencies * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets * Familiarity with recruitment processes and documentation for overseas hiring Job Type: Contract Contract length: 3 months Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Experience: * recruiter: 2 years (Required)
