The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and cost\-effective delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments * Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork * Communicate with freight forwarders, courier services, and internal departments * Track shipments and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders * Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations * Resolve shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies in a timely manner * Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery schedules * Assist in inventory coordination and warehouse support when required * Optimize shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations * Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations * Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tracking systems * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and negotiation abilities * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset Preferred Skills * Experience working with freight forwarders in the GCC region * Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems * Knowledge of import/export documentation for Qatar What We Offer * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within a dynamic organization * Supportive and collaborative work environment Pay: Up to QAR650,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
