This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and has a passion for travel logistics and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day\-to\-day travel operations and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage travel bookings including flights, hotels, visas, and transportation * Liaise with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure the best options for clients * Monitor travel schedules and proactively handle changes, delays, or cancellations * Maintain accurate booking records and documentation * Provide timely support and assistance to clients before, during, and after travel * Ensure compliance with travel policies and industry regulations * Assist in optimizing operational processes and improving service delivery * Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field * Proven experience in travel coordination, operations, or a similar role * Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and GDS platforms is an advantage * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities * Attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset * Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines **Preferred Skills** * Familiarity with visa processing and international travel requirements * Experience with corporate travel management * Multilingual skills are a plus **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a fast\-growing travel company * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Career development and advancement opportunities **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV along with a brief cover letter highlighting their relevant experience.
