**Job Description:** * **Technical Sales Support:** Collaborate with the sales team to present technical solutions to customers and help close deals. Provide pre\-sales and post\-sales support as required. * **Product Knowledge:** Gain and maintain in\-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. * **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations. * **Solution Customization:** Work closely with the engineering team to design and customize products to meet specific customer needs. * **Proposal Development:** Prepare and deliver technical proposals, specifications, and quotations tailored to the customer's needs. * **Market Research:** Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. * **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long\-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty. * **Training \& Support:** Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of products. Provide post\-sales technical support when needed. * **Collaboration:** Work with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights, aiding in the development of new products or improvements to existing products. * **Sales Forecasting:** Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and target setting for the assigned territory or product line. **Benefits:** Accommodation, food \& transportation will be provided by the company. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Preferred Qatar driving license.(Male candidate) 2 to 3 years of experience in Qatar particularly in sales.
