This executive role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and organizational leadership. The COO will be responsible for overseeing day\-to\-day operations, driving efficiency, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long\-term strategic goals. This role requires a hands\-on leader who can scale operations, improve processes, and foster a high\-performance culture. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. * Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives. * Optimize logistics, supply chain, and distribution processes to enhance performance and reduce costs. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data\-driven improvements. * Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic planning and business growth. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and operational policies. * Drive process improvement initiatives and operational innovation. * Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management. * Build, mentor, and lead high\-performing operational teams. * Manage vendor relationships, partnerships, and external stakeholders. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a COO, Operations Director, or similar. * Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain operations, and process optimization. * Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations. * Excellent strategic thinking, decision\-making, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational costs. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in aviation or airport logistics is highly advantageous.
