The ideal candidate should have a minimum of **4 years of experience** in managing and optimizing paid campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results and ROI. Experience in both **online and offline marketing strategies** is highly preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and manage **paid advertising campaigns** across platforms such as: * Meta (Facebook \& Instagram Ads) * Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) * TikTok Ads * Snapchat Ads * Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve **performance, conversions, and ROI**. * Conduct **audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign scaling strategies**. * Develop and implement **digital marketing strategies** aligned with business goals. * Manage and grow **social media accounts** through content planning and performance tracking. * Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce **high\-performing ad creatives**. * Track KPIs and prepare **weekly/monthly performance reports** with insights and recommendations. * Manage website performance basics (landing pages, conversion tracking, pixels). * Execute **email marketing campaigns** and customer engagement strategies. **Additional Responsibilities (Preferred):** * Plan and execute **offline marketing activities**, including: * Events and activations * Partnerships and collaborations * Print and outdoor advertising * Align online campaigns with offline promotions to ensure **integrated marketing strategies**. **Requirements:** * Minimum **4 years of experience** in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid ads. * Proven experience managing **multi\-platform campaigns**. * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. * Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. * Creative thinking and strong understanding of marketing trends. * Experience in both **online and offline marketing** is a plus. نوع الوظيفة: دوام جزئي الراتب المدفوع: QAR٤٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر عدد الساعات المتوقع: لا يقل عن 3 في الأسبوع موقع العمل: عمل هجين يتم عن بُعد في Doha
