Support integration with other security systems like alarms and access control. * **We are seeking a dependable CCTV\& access control Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing closed\-circuit television** ***(CCTV) systems AND Gate Barriers \& door lock \& intercom etc*****... The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring the security surveillance systems operate at optimal performance.** \_ **Key Responsibilities:**\_ * Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of CCTV systems and components (cameras, DVR/NVR units, storage, cabling). * Diagnose and repair faults in analog and IP CCTV systems. * Monitor system health, storage capacity, and video quality across all locations. * Perform firmware updates and system reboots as necessary. * Ensure all cameras are properly aligned, focused, and free of obstruction. * Replace faulty components such as hard drives, power supplies, or cameras. * Maintain logs of inspections, repairs, and service calls. * Coordinate with vendors for parts replacement or warranty claims. * Respond promptly to security system alerts and incident reports. * Support integration with other security systems (e.g., alarms, access control) as needed. ***Required Qualifications \& Skills:*** * High school diploma or vocational certification in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related fields. * 2\+ years of experience maintaining CCTV systems and Access Control . * Familiarity with DVR/NVR platforms (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Uniview). * **Understanding of basic networking principles (IP addressing, port forwarding, LAN/WAN).** * Ability to work independently and manage scheduled maintenance tasks. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling and power systems. * Physically fit to perform field work (climbing ladders, handling tools, working outdoors). **Preferred Qualifications:**\_ * Certification in CCTV installation \& configuration or maintenance. * Knowledge of remote monitoring software and mobile app integrations. * Experience with large\-scale or multi\-site systems. * Familiarity with access control or alarm systems is a plus. ***What We Offer:*** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Paid overtime and allowances for field work. * Uniform, tools, and safety gear provided \& vehicle . \_ **\* MUST HAVE QATARI DRIVING LICENSE\***\_ **Job Type: Full\-time** **Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month depend on experience and qualifications .** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
