Coordinate incident response, investigations, and reporting **Job Overview** We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive **Security Operations Manager** to oversee and enhance our organization’s security operations. This role is responsible for managing security personnel, implementing safety protocols, mitigating risks, and ensuring a secure environment for employees, clients, and assets. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage day\-to\-day security operations across facilities or sites * Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans * Supervise and train security staff, including guards and supervisors * Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities * Coordinate incident response, investigations, and reporting * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security standards * Manage security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems * Liaise with law enforcement and external security agencies when necessary * Monitor and analyze security reports, trends, and performance metrics * Oversee vendor management for security services and equipment **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) * At least **5\+ years of experience** in security operations or related roles * Proven leadership experience managing security teams * Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and incident handling * Experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, surveillance systems) * Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making skills * Strong communication and leadership abilities Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR38,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
