The role requires flexibility to support multiple branches and act as a backup resource when required.**Principal Accountabilities** * Conduct timely customer callbacks to follow up on inquiries, service utilization, and post\-sales feedback. * Ensure all customer communications are handled professionally to improve satisfaction and retention * Identify and support upselling opportunities by promoting value\-added services such as tinting, PPF, and related products * Clearly communicate service benefits to customers to increase conversion rates. * Act as a replacement for sales promoters and sales executives during leave, off\-duty periods, or absences * Maintain accurate customer records and databases * Prepare and update reports related to customer follow\-ups, conversions, and sales performance * Convert pending or unutilized tint opportunities into confirmed sales through effective communication and coordination * Support and operate across different branches throughout the year based on business requirements **Required Qualifications** * Minimum of 2 years of experience * Bachelors Degree * Advanced communication skills * Ability to multi\-task
