The Steward is responsible to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen and stewarding areas, and to wash, clean and stock operating equipment and kitchen utensils. Qualifications * Basic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene / 1\-2 years work experience as Steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards desirable· * Work experience as in hotel operations (preferably) * Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are necessary. * Schedule flexibility is necessary and ability to multi\-task.
