This role ensures smooth operations, manages staff, coordinates with designers and vendors, and delivers an engaging visitor experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations of the exhibition floor. * Coordinate with fashion designers, brands, and exhibitors to ensure proper setup. * Manage a team of exhibition staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance. * Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards. * Handle visitor inquiries and resolve issues promptly. * Oversee logistics such as booth arrangements, lighting, and display aesthetics. * Prepare daily reports on attendance, sales, and operational challenges. * Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the exhibition. * Monitor inventory of exhibition materials and supplies. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, Event Management, or related field. * Prior experience in exhibitions, retail supervision, or fashion events. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. **Skills** * Team management and leadership. * Customer service and conflict resolution. * Knowledge of fashion trends and exhibition standards. * Time management and multitasking. * Problem\-solving and adaptability.
