**Job Title:** **IT Manager – QSR Industry** We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Candidates must have hands\-on experience supporting IT operations for QSR / fast\-food restaurant chains. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain IT systems across multiple QSR outlets * Oversee cloud\-based systems and ensure availability, security, and performance * Handle POS systems, kitchen display systems (KDS), and store\-level hardware * Manage web\-based systems and internal web applications * Coordinate with vendors and service providers * Support new store openings, upgrades, and daily IT operations * Ensure data security, backups, and system compliance **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in the QSR / fast\-food industry only * Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar) * Experience in web development or managing web platforms * Hands\-on experience with POS systems used in QSR operations * Experience managing IT for multiple restaurant locations * Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills **Note:** Applicants **without QSR / fast\-food chain experience** **will** **not** be considered.
