




**Job Summary** The F\&B Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and smooth coordination between service teams and other departments. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands\-on approach to service excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily Food \& Beverage service operations across assigned outlets * Lead, motivate, and monitor service staff to ensure consistent service quality * Conduct pre\-shift briefings and communicate daily specials, promotions, and service priorities * Ensure guest satisfaction by handling feedback and resolving complaints professionally * Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow * Monitor service speed, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation * Ensure compliance with hotel service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations * Enforce grooming, uniform, and professional conduct standards * Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring * Support training, coaching, and on\-the\-job development of service staff * Monitor mise en place, equipment usage, and proper handling of assets * Assist with inventory control, stock requisitions, and cost management * Ensure accurate billing, POS procedures, and cash handling (if applicable) * Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to management * Support special events, banquets, VIP services, and promotional activities **Requirements** * Proven experience as an F\&B Service Supervisor or Senior Waiter * Previous experience in a **4\-star hotel environment** preferred * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Good knowledge of food \& beverage service standards and procedures * Knowledge of hygiene practices and HACCP standards is an advantage * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment * Professional appearance and strong guest\-focused attitude * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Do you have valid QID? * Can you provide NOC for sponsorship transfer? * Can you join immediately?
