Coordinate with operations and department heads We at **Al Habari Group** are hiring for the following role Senior HR Recruiter **Location:** Al Khor \- Qatar **Experience Required:** 7\+ Years **Joining:** Immediate Preferred **Employment Type:** Full\-time Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities for local and overseas hiring requirements. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple industries including construction, oil \& gas, retail, logistics, and technical manpower experience. Key Responsibilities * Handle full\-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding * Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database searches * Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements * Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and selection processes * Manage local hiring and overseas recruitment activities * Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases * Coordinate with operations and department heads for manpower planning * Prepare job advertisements and recruitment campaigns * Follow up with candidates regarding documentation, visa process, and joining formalities * Ensure timely closure of vacancies within deadlines * Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future requirements Candidate with at at least 7\+ Years of relevant experience only will be considered for this role.
