




Receptionist * Greet visitors and welcome them in a professional and friendly manner. * Answer incoming phone calls, transfer or filter them as needed. * Manage reception operations, including visitor logs. * Schedule appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings, and ensure confirmation. * Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. * Provide administrative support including data entry, file management, and document preparation. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. **Qualifications and Skills:** * High school diploma or equivalent (diploma or bachelor's degree preferred). * Proven experience working as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality. * Fluency in both Arabic and English.
