The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day\-to\-day office functioning. Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner. * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. * Manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages) efficiently. * Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols. * Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating office supplies. * Assist in organizing company events and meetings when required. * Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
