Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies and processes QA Tester – ERP \& E\-Commerce Applications Job Summary We are seeking a skilled QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of ERP, E\-Commerce, and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive testing activities, identifying defects, validating business processes, and supporting successful software deployments. Key Responsibilities * Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ERP, E\-Commerce, and Mobile applications. * Test ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Order Management modules. * Validate integrations and workflows between ERP and E\-Commerce platforms. * Prepare, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements. * Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management platforms. * Collaborate with developers, ERP consultants, business analysts, and end users to investigate and resolve issues. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and assist during production releases. * Verify application functionality, security, performance, and compliance with business requirements. * Maintain test documentation, test reports, and defect logs. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, standards, and processes. Required Skills \& Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. * 3–6 years of experience in software testing, preferably across ERP, E\-Commerce, and Mobile applications. * Strong understanding of business processes, including Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management. * Hands\-on experience in manual testing; exposure to automation testing tools is an advantage. * Knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman or similar. * Experience writing SQL queries and performing database validation. * Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or equivalent. * Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
