This isn't just an entry\-level production role—we need someone who truly understands the science and art of screen printing, from the initial screen prep to the final pull. What You’ll Do * Screen Mastery: Handle everything from reclaiming and coating to burning and taping screens with precision. * Ink Mixing: Expertly match colors and manage ink consistency for various fabric types. * Press Operation: Set up, tear down, and troubleshoot print runs to ensure 100% quality. * Problem Solving: Use your "old school" knowledge to fix registration issues, ink flow problems, and equipment hiccups on the fly.
