Plan and manage the functions of Production Planning \- QR MRO Production / Third Party Maintenance while ensuring that all maintenance requirements are planned in a timely, efficient and cost\-effective manner, seeking cost reduction through optimization of resources without compromising safety and airworthiness standards. Ensure necessary consideration is given to Human factors and safety principles and ensure adherence to company procedures.**Operational Accountabilities*** Develop, update and review procedures applicable to MRO Planning. * Ensure in\-house QR MRO Production / Third party maintenance is planned with objective to minimize Aircraft ground time and achieve efficient utilization of resources (ground time, manpower, facility and materials). * Implement processes for monitoring of individual maintenance plans to ensure timely completion of maintenance. * For any foreseen dock out delays (or early Aircraft dock\-out), coordinate with Aircraft Scheduling section to maximize Aircraft utilization and minimize flight delays, in contributing to group objective in terms of OTP. * Provide monthly QR MRO Production / Third party maintenance Man\-hour per skill (B1/B2/IFE/CB/STR) demand projections to enable QR MRO Production to make necessary arrangements. * Establish and implement procedures for providing feedback to CAMO, related to task accomplishment during QR MRO Production / Third party maintenance. * Take ownership of all quality surveillance audit findings related to MRO Planning, identify root\-cause and implement corrective measures. * Ensure adherence to company procedures. * Develop and monitor section KPIs and take necessary action to achieve targets. * Coordinate with other sections (Supply Chain, Engineering, MOCC, Shops, ALR, Commercial etc) for required support during Aircraft maintenance to ensure on\-time release of Aircraft. * Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills.
