**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Sales \& Business Development:** * Identify and develop new sales leads within the **HORECA** sector. * Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of potential clients. * Promote and sell products or services by conducting client visits, product presentations, and tastings. * Client Management: * Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients. * Provide ongoing support, resolve customer concerns, and ensure client satisfaction to foster long\-term retention. **Sales Operations:** * Negotiate prices, supply terms, and delivery schedules. * Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather client feedback to enhance product offerings. **Reporting \& Analysis:** * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data. * Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and competitive insights for management. **Achieving Targets:** * Consistently meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth. **Desired Skills \& Experience** * **Sales \& Negotiation:** Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals. * **Communication:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product benefits and build rapport with clients. * **Industry Knowledge:** Deep understanding of the HORECA industry, market trends, and competitor offerings. * **Relationship Building:** Strong skills in developing and maintaining client relationships. * **Organizational Skills:** Good time management, organization, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. * **Technical Aptitude:** Proficiency in using digital tools for sales and record\-keeping. * must have **Qatar Driving license** and **have experience in "HORECA" Hotel Restaurant** **and Cafes** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month
