Do what you love; care for the world; dare to challenge the status quo! \#BELIMITLESS **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all audio and visual aspects for events, ensuring timely setup, operation, and dismantling of equipment. * Manage and maintain AV equipment inventory, ensuring all devices are in good working condition and properly stored. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly during events to minimize disruptions. * Collaborate closely with event planners, clients, and other departments to understand AV requirements and deliver customized solutions. * Lead, train, and schedule AV technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and professional service delivery. * Oversee installation and configuration of sound systems, projectors, lighting, video conferencing tools, and other related equipment. * Maintain adherence to safety standards and company policies during all AV operations. * Keep up\-to\-date with the latest AV technology trends and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed. * Prepare technical documentation, event reports, and maintenance logs. **Qualifications** **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Proven experience in audio visual setup, operation, and supervision. * Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment, including sound systems, lighting, video, and projection technologies. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by event schedules. * Relevant certifications or training in AV technology is a plus.
