The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, artistic flair, and a passion for delivering exceptional sweet creations while maintaining consistency and efficiency in the kitchen. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and confections * Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu offerings * Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation * Monitor inventory and order baking supplies and ingredients * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards * Train and supervise junior pastry staff * Manage portion control and minimize waste * Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning and special events **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role * Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and dessert presentation * Creativity and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment * Good organizational and time\-management skills * Culinary or pastry certification is preferred * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Work Location: In person
