We are looking for a **dynamic and committed Lead Production Incharge** with strong technical expertise and leadership qualities to manage production while driving **client satisfaction and long\-term business growth**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead carpentry and joinery production, ensuring quality and on\-time delivery. * Review and prepare shop drawings (AutoCAD 2D \& 3D; 3ds Max is a plus). * Supervise production lines and maintain equipment functionality. * Guide and motivate teams to meet tight schedules. * Communicate with clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction. * Support business retention and development with practical solutions. * Assist in preparing quotations and tenders. **Requirements:** * Minimum 4 years’ experience in carpentry/joinery (furniture \& doors). * Strong knowledge of production techniques and shop drawings. * Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering. * Proven leadership and team coordination skills. * Excellent communication for client and team interactions.
