This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong expertise in technical management, service delivery, and operational optimization. The Technical Services Director will be responsible for managing technical teams, ensuring service excellence, and driving continuous improvement across all technical operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage technical services operations and service delivery teams. * Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and quality. * Oversee technical support, maintenance, and project execution activities. * Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and company policies. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to support operational objectives. * Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships. * Provide strategic recommendations to enhance technical capabilities. * Mentor and develop technical teams to achieve high performance. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * Proven experience in technical services management or related leadership roles. * Strong knowledge of service operations, systems, and technical processes. * Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
