Keep track of heat numbers, etc. for positive material identification.  Responsible for reserving and withdrawing materials from warehouse inventory and issuance to contractors based on requirements.  Conduct material accounting for material utilized on completion of the jobs as per defined methodologies while returning unused or balance material to the warehouse after project completion.  Coordinate with logistics/ inventory staff to arrange transportation for delivery to stores/contractor yard/ construction site to support timely availability of material for project activities. **QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY, \& ENVIRONMENT:** Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity to guarantee employee safety, compliance, delivery of high\-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. **REPORTS:**  Prepare timely and accurate inventory control records and statements.  Preparation of specific reports for material control, stock and Nonstock upon request. **INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS:** **Internal:**  Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory and Warehouse staff.  Project engineers to discuss (modification) project material requirements. Distributes to the different areas their linen, towel and amenities needed in their perspective services. * To escort arriving guests to requested area (Fitness, Pool, or Changing Area) * Help update with Wellness Concierges and/or Wellness Manager the guest history in the system according to information collected. * Replenish guest amenities in both the ladies and gentlemen’s changing rooms and washrooms in the Asaya areas. * Regularly check and tidy up all areas of the Asaya Fitness, Wellness, Spa and Public Areas including disposal of used items such as dirty laundry, guest amenities and general rubbish. * Check and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of wet areas particularly the showers, basins, toilets, mirrors, floors, sauna, and steam rooms. * Collect and deliver clean and dirty laundry within the linen room opening times. To stock and replenish lockers, linen cupboards with clean laundry. Ensure that all laundry items are of good quality and bathrobe pockets are checked before they are taken to laundry for washing and any items found are registered with lost property in accordance with hotel procedure. Supporting with the counting of the linen stock if required. * Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and respond immediately to any requests or enquiries. * Assist with collecting and unpacking deliveries to Asaya. * Clean and disinfect as per procedure all reusable items within Asaya. * Support associates with escorting guests to various areas within Asaya. * Respect guest privacy while using facilities such as changing. * Assist Asaya associates with the opening and closing of the facilities ensuring safety checks are completed including switching on/off items such as sauna and steam areas.
