We work at the intersection of law, product, and technology and we're looking for someone who thrives in that space. About this Role We're hiring a **Legal Engineer** to own the quality, development, and evolution of our legal product. You'll be embedded with the product and tech team, translating legal complexity into scalable solutions and making sure everything we ship is at a high quality and user\-centred. Responsibilities: * Audit and evaluate the quality of legal outputs across the platform (accuracy, clarity, jurisdictional correctness) * Prioritize and structure legal quality reviews by sector and jurisdiction (e.g. Ministry of Commerce, Qatar Financial Centre) * Propose and define new product features based on user needs and legal gaps * Build and maintain a legal product roadmap in collaboration with the product team * Translate legal requirements into clear, actionable specs for engineers * Review legal texts, scenarios, and flows used within the product * Provide ongoing legal\-UX feedback to improve the end user experience Requirements: * 2–4 years of experience in legal practice, legal technology, or a legal product role * Strong understanding of Qatari law and commercial regulations is a plus * Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to non\-lawyers is a plus * Experience working cross\-functionally with product or tech teams is preferred * Detail\-oriented with strong analytical and written communication skills What We Offer: * A seat at the table in a growing legal tech company * Direct impact on a product used by real users and businesses Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR9,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Language: * Arabic (Required) * English (Required) Location: * Qatar (Required) Work Location: In person
