This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about education and thrive in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in connecting directly with potential learners, promoting our training programs, and supporting them in selecting the right courses to achieve their goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage directly with prospective students and parents through phone calls, walk\-ins, and social media inquiries. * Present and promote Leaders Training Centre’s educational programs in a professional and persuasive manner. * Provide personalized course counseling to help students choose suitable training options. * Convert leads into confirmed enrolments by delivering excellent customer service and following up effectively. * Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets. * Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional events, and campaigns to increase visibility and engagement. * Maintain accurate and organized records of all leads, inquiries, and sales activities. * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with students and parents to encourage referrals and repeat business. **Minimum Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience in **B2C outbound sales** (preferably within the education or training sector). * **Language:** Fluency in **English** with a **neutral or natural accent** is mandatory. * **Skills:** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive sales skills. * **Personality:** Self\-driven, confident, and goal\-oriented with a positive attitude. * **Other:** Strong organizational and time\-management abilities, with a passion for learning and growth. * **Preferred Candidates:** Applicants currently based in India are encouraged to apply.
