




**Key Responsibilities:** · Supervise daily activities of painting crews, including painters, blasters, and helpers. · Ensure surface preparation (blasting, cleaning, priming) and painting/coating application meet project specifications and quality standards. · Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment. · Coordinate with supervisors, QA/QC inspectors, and engineers to resolve on\-site issues and maintain workflow. · Ensure all materials (paints, thinners, abrasives) are available, properly mixed, and used according to manufacturer and project requirements. · Enforce safety rules and ensure workers use the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices. · Maintain accurate daily records of work performed, manpower, materials used, and any issues or delays. · Train and guide workers on correct painting techniques, equipment use, and safety practices. · Inspect ongoing work and ensure that defects are corrected promptly. · Report progress, challenges, and material requirements to the supervisor or site manager. **Qualifications \& Skills:** · High school diploma or technical qualification; additional vocational training or certifications in painting/coating is a plus. · 5\+ years of experience in industrial painting/coating, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role. · Strong knowledge of surface preparation methods, coating types, mixing ratios, and application techniques (spray, brush, roller). · Familiarity with safety standards and practices in industrial environments, including confined spaces, working at heights, and handling hazardous materials. · Ability to read and interpret work instructions, basic drawings, and specifications. · Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
