Building a strong corporate culture based on performance and innovation. **CEO (Chief Executive Officer)** **Purpose of the Role:** To strategically lead and guide the company in achieving its vision and long-term objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and increased profitability, while complying with Qatari laws and regulations and strengthening the company’s market position. **Key Responsibilities:** * Formulate the company’s overall vision and strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors. * Lead the executive team and oversee the performance of all departments. * Make strategic decisions impacting the company’s growth and sustainability. * Represent the company before governmental authorities, investors, and partners in Qatar and abroad. * Develop expansion, investment plans, and strategies for entering new markets. * Oversee financial performance and ensure achievement of profitability targets. * Manage risks and develop strategies to address challenges. * Build a strong corporate culture grounded in performance and innovation. * Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations. * Evaluate and develop senior leadership performance. * Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred). * Minimum 15–20 years of experience, including 7–10 years in senior leadership positions. * Proven track record of organizational growth and success. * Experience in the Qatari or Gulf market is a strong advantage. * Exceptional leadership and strategic skills. * High ability to make decisions under pressure. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage). **Required Skills:** * Senior leadership and decision-making * Long-term strategic thinking * Crisis and risk management * Relationship and partnership building * Innovation and entrepreneurship **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Revenue and profit growth * Achievement of strategic objectives * Market share expansion * Customer and investor satisfaction * Operational efficiency and overall performance **Working Conditions:** * Full-time position * High level of responsibility and pressure * Requires attendance at high-level meetings and events * Frequent travel within and outside Qatar Employment Type: Permanent Salary: QAR 60,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
