Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and standards **Key Responsibilities** * Perform Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) on fire pumps, hose reels, hydrants, and foam systems, fire extinguishers, and alarm systems * Conduct inspections of fire detection, fire suppression, and emergency lighting systems. Troubleshoot and repair faults in fire suppression systems and equipment * Diagnose and repair fire alarm software/hardware and suppression systems. * Ensure installations and structures meet fire safety standards. * Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of fire fighting systems (FM\-200, CO2, water sprinklers, hydrants, etc.) * Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and standards (e.g., NFPA, QCDD) * Respond promptly to fire alarms, emergency calls, or system malfunctions * Conduct pressure and flow tests to verify system functionality and performance * Maintain accurate service logs, inspection checklists, and equipment reports * Coordinate with civil defense authorities and attend inspections when required * Assist in training staff on the proper use of fire safety equipment and emergency Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
