Collaborate across departments to integrate multimedia efforts ### **General Information** Ref \# 230017 Location Qatar\-Doha Job family Not Specified * Closing Date: 2026\-05\-16 ### **Description** **About the role:** * The role is responsible to support the creation and editing of high\-quality photography and videography to promote Hamad International Airport’s brand and activities by working closely with the Multimedia Specialist. * To focus on executing shoots, editing content, and assisting in the delivery of multimedia assets for campaigns, social media, events, and corporate initiatives. Also, responsible to provide a hands\-on opportunity to develop technical and creative skills while contributing to the airport’s storytelling and brand visibility. * Assist teams with photography and videography during events, campaigns, and social media initiatives to deliver visually engaging content that supports brand storytelling. * Edit \& prepare multimedia assets according to platform and brand specifications to ensure consistency and professionalism across all visual outputs. * Assist teams in equipment set\-up, lighting, and staging for multimedia shoots to enable efficient and high\-quality production. * Support in coordinating logistics such as location preparation and shoot schedules to ensure smooth execution of multimedia projects. * Organize and maintain the multimedia library and archive files correctly to support easy retrieval and long\-term asset management. * Ensure that all multimedia equipment is clean and organized and ready for use to maintain operational readiness and extend equipment lifespan. * Provide visual content support for internal and external communications to enhance engagement and clarity in messaging. * Engage in cross\-departmental collaboration within HIA and across Qatar Airways Group to ensure alignment and integration of multimedia efforts. ### **Qualification** **About you:** * Years of Experience: 3 \- 5 Years (Regional experience 1\-2 Years a plus) * Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following \- Multimedia Arts and/or Digital Media Production, Visual Communications, Cinematography/Film Studies m and/or Photojournalism. * Technical certification: Adobe certified: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects (a plus). * Certification or proven training in DAM management. https://aa115\.taleo.net/careersection/QA\_External\_CS/jobapply.ftl?lang\=en\&job\=230017
