Optimize revenue and control costs in hotel operations Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security) Lead, motivate, and manage department heads; conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching as needed Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction Manage the hotel budget, control costs, monitor financial performance, and prepare monthly reports Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and staff development Monitor guest feedback and handle escalated complaints promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with sales and marketing to create promotions, drive occupancy, and maximize revenue Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements; conduct regular safety drills and inspections Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third\-party service providers Manage inventory, equipment, and facilities, coordinating maintenance and capital projects as needed Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports to senior leadership or owners Develop and implement initiatives to enhance guest experience, service quality, and sustainability practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred) 2\-3 years of progressive experience in hotel operations Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize revenue, and control costs Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS), POS systems, and Microsoft Office Excellent guest service mindset with a customer\-centric approach Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and drive process improvements Knowledge of local health, safety, and employment laws Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays الراتب المدفوع: QAR٨٠٫٠٠ لكل ساعة موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
