Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and presentations **Administrative Coordinator – Martinez Bureau LLC (Doha, Qatar)** **Position Overview** Martinez Bureau LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Administrative Coordinator** to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative workflows at our Doha office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating office activities, supporting management, and maintaining smooth internal communication. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations of the office * Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management and staff * Prepare, organize, and maintain official documents, reports, and records * Handle internal and external correspondence (emails, phone calls, and letters) * Assist in procurement of office supplies and inventory management * Support HR\-related tasks such as onboarding documentation and employee records * Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers as required * Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures * Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and presentations * Perform general office support duties as assigned by management **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) * Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills * Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Career growth opportunities within the company * Supportive and professional work environment * Other benefits in accordance with Qatar labor law Pay: Up to QAR630,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
