To assist registered nurses in providing safe, high\-quality patient care in accordance with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) regulations. **Main Duties and Responsibilities** * Assist in providing basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. * Record and report vital signs, intake/output, and any changes in the patient’s condition. * Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility. * Help in preparing and maintaining treatment areas and medical equipment. * Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and other simple procedures as directed. * Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards at all times. * Ensure proper documentation of care provided. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. * Maintain patient confidentiality and follow ethical and professional standards. * Participate in training and continuous professional development activities. **Qualifications and Requirements** * Diploma or Certificate in Nursing or Nursing Assistant Program from a recognized institution. * Valid or eligible QCHP licence to practice as an Assistant Nurse in Qatar. * Minimum of 1 year experience in hospital, clinic, or home care setting preferred. * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Compassionate, responsible, and able to work as part of a team. **Accountability** The Assistant Nurse is accountable to the Registered Nurse or Nursing Supervisor for all delegated tasks and must always work within the approved scope of practice as defined by the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP). **Benefits:** * Competitive remuneration package. * Opportunities for professional development. * Supportive and collaborative work environment.
