Manage and support Broadcast Operators and Shift Leads Broadcast Operations Supervisor **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Type:** Full\-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Broadcast Operations Supervisor** to lead and oversee broadcast monitoring and content censorship operations for a 24x7 television broadcast environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, service continuity, compliance with broadcasting standards, quality assurance, and effective team management. Key Responsibilities * Supervise day\-to\-day broadcast operations and ensure uninterrupted service delivery. * Manage and support Broadcast Operators and Shift Leads. * Ensure continuous operational coverage across all assigned television channels. * Monitor operational performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs. * Conduct quality reviews of broadcast monitoring and content censorship activities. * Investigate operational incidents and perform root cause analysis. * Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational performance. * Review staffing plans, shift schedules, and resource allocation. * Ensure accurate operational documentation, reporting, and compliance records. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across broadcast operations. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Technology, Media, Communications, Electronics, or a related field. * Minimum **7 years of experience** in Broadcast Operations. * Minimum **3 years of supervisory or management experience** in a broadcast environment. * Proven experience managing **24x7 broadcast operations**. * Hands\-on knowledge of broadcast monitoring and content censorship platforms. * Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and operational management skills.
